OUR APPROACH TO THE BUSINESS OF BUYING AND SELLING

DAVID HOFFMAN - I have owned 28 businesses, retail, wholesale and
manufacturing. I understand the day to day operations of a business.
As to the Buyer,  I truly believe in the "matchmaking approach" to finding the
right business for a Buyer.  The Buyer is making maybe the largest purchase
of their life.  They want to feel that the Broker that they are working with will
be honest, fair, and consistently aware of their financial risk in finding the
right Business.  
As to the Seller,  As a Broker I realize that a Business is like a child.  It
needs to be nurtured  and cared for as it grows.  It is very difficult sometimes
to give up that business.  I try to walk my Seller through the process slowly.  
Giving them a chance to adjust to each phase of the "Selling process",  with
a successful conclusion.
But the reality is, It is paramount that both the Seller and the Buyer feel that
they each got a fair deal.

Quaker Bridge and Oxford Valley.  My experience in the malls working and
evaluating all types of retailers ,apparel, restaurants, department stores,
